  • Can I add a personal note?
    Of course! Each box comes with a handwritten note to your recipient. When you check out, include your message in the box that says "Card Details / Delivery Instructions". If you place the order and forget to add it, just send us an email with your note request and we'll add it for you. Or you can leave the box blank and we will leave the card for you to fill out - don't worry, it will be on the outside of the box so you don't have to unwrap the gift!
  • What is your alcohol policy?
    Wine, beer, and spirits can be included in any gift basket or gift box. According to the BC Liquor Control Act, we can ship gift baskets containing alcohol and spirits. Recipients must be 19 or older and may need to show ID. Deliveries cannot be made to public places. As a "Delivery Service" under the Liquor Control Act, we purchase alcoholic beverages directly from the BC Liquor Store at regular prices. To provide this service, we include delivery and handling fees in the cost of any alcoholic products purchased from the BC Liquor Stores.
  • Can I pick up my package?
    Yes, in Abbotsford! Please select "PICK UP" as the shipping method when you checkout. We will then contact you via email to arrange a pick up time from our studio in Abbotsford BC.
  • What is your return policy?
    All orders are final sale and non-refundable. At Fraser Valley Basket Co., we take great pride in making sure that your gift arrives exactly as you intended. If your order arrives and you are not satisfied, please contact us at fraservalleybasketco@gmail.com within 24 hours and we would be happy to work with you.
  • Can I customize my gift basket?
    Of course you can. All items in the "Add On" sections can be added to the baskets / box. If you don't see a basket/box that suites your needs, please let us know and we'd be happy to work with you on creating the perfect gift. Email: fraservalleybasketco@gmail.com
  • Do you offer customized gift options?
    Yes, we are happy to offer custom gift design services. We will work with you one-on-one to bring your specific gift vision to life based on the occasion, budget, timeline, and items you would like to include. We will present you with mocked options and ensure that all details in your gift(s) are exactly as you intend!
  • What if my shipment is undeliverable?
    If an incorrect address is provided, if your recipient has moved, the parcel was refused at the door, or was not picked up, your box will be returned to our studio. If your gift is deemed undeliverable, we will contact the number or email address provided at the time of order. ​ Additional fees will apply to have your gift returned to our studio and shipped back out with a new shipping label. To avoid unnecessary fees, it is very important that you confirm and provide the correct address(es) for your recipient(s) when placing your order. ​ If we are unable to contact the individual who placed the order and cannot make arrangements within 30 days of the order being placed, we will consider the gift abandoned.
  • How much notice do you require for large corporate gifting?
    For corporate gifting projects, we typically require a minimum of 1-2 months for up to 100 gifts, and 2-3 months for 100 or more gifts. We can accommodate shorter timelines in some instances depending on the products and materials sourced for your gifts.   • What are your shipping options and costs?
    Shipping Costs Standard Shipping in British Columbia: $15 Standard Shipping Elsewhere in Canada: $25 *When shipping gift baskets, we can't guarantee they will look exactly the same upon arrival as when they leave the shop. We pack them carefully with 'Handle with Care' and 'Keep Upright' stickers, but delivery handling is out of our control. If anything is damaged during delivery, we will gladly replace it. Next Day Delivery Costs: Abbotsford: $15 (Often available for same-day delivery) Mission: $20 Langley, Maple Ridge: $22 Burnaby, Coquitlam, Surrey, White Rock: $25 Delta, Chilliwack, Richmond, East Vancouver: $28 Downtown Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver: $35 Same Day Delivery Costs: For same-day delivery outside of Abbotsford, please call or email us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. ​ Local Pickup Available in Abbotsford, BC: Free Holiday Shipping Notice During the holiday season, shipping times may vary.   • Can I add custom branding?
    Yes, and this is the most affordable option for customization. We can change the ribbon color, remove our branding and add custom tags, seals, or notes to align with your brand. We would love to work with you on your custom gifting needs, so please fill out our contact sheet or email us at fraservalleybasketco@gmail.com to get started on customizing your gifts!
  • When will my order be ready?
    All gifts are handmade to order and our normal processing time is 1-2 business days from time of order placed. Local Delivery' will be delivered the same day or 24-48hrs after purchase. Shipped items should arrive 5-7 business days from date of purchase (often sooner in BC), or the next day if that option is chosen.
