Shipping Policy

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, often quicker within British Columbia. If you need your package sooner, next-day delivery is available for those in the Lower Mainland of BC. For expedited shipping options outside the Lower Mainland, please contact us at fraservalleybasketco@gmail.com, and we will arrange a faster option. See details below.

Please note that while we strive to meet specified delivery times, Fraser Valley Basket Co. cannot guarantee a specific delivery date due to the nature of shipping. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping in British Columbia: $15
Standard Shipping Elsewhere in Canada: $25

*When shipping gift baskets, we can't guarantee they will look exactly the same upon arrival as when they leave the shop. We pack them carefully with 'Handle with Care' and 'Keep Upright' stickers, but delivery handling is out of our control. If anything is damaged during delivery, we will gladly replace it.

Mission: $20
Langley, Maple Ridge: $22
Burnaby, Coquitlam, Surrey, White Rock: $25
Chilliwack, Delta, Richmond, Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver: $28

For same-day delivery outside of Abbotsford, please call or email us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Holiday Shipping Notice

During the holiday season, shipping times may vary. To ensure your gift arrives before December 25th, please place your order by December 12th.
